About the Founder
Ushio Hoshino, CPA & Tax Accountant
Representative
Passed the Japanese CPA Exam while still at Rikkyo University, joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. After obtaining the Tax Accountant license, founded a consulting firm specializing in IPO support, where he supported 20+ companies to listing. Focused on next-generation organizational models, he founded a lobbying group for DAOs and was involved in the legislation of LLC-type DAOs in Japan. To commercialize the potential of these organizational forms, he founded Invaders Inc., which provides community accompanying services for corporations, local governments, and educational institutions, and operates virtual events at the scale of hundreds of thousands of participants in collaboration with key TV networks, major railway companies, and universities. His core theme is "creating future places to belong."
